The content of this website is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for a medical exam, nor does it replace the need for services provided by your medical professional. Always seek the advice of your medical professional before making any changes to your treatment. All medical questions should be directed to your doctor. I may require you to have consulted your doctor and obtained his/her agreement to attend my clinic for a number of different issues such as depression as part of my duty of care.
Expectations of therapy:
Because we are all unique, I plan and tailor your therapy to best match your needs, individual requirements, and personality type. I use various approaches based upon your individual needs.
While there is no guarantee that therapy will solve your problem, it is my intention to help you to help yourself, by facilitating a deep awareness of what is actually troubling you and helping you to empower yourself to make appropriate changes. What you are paying for is my professional time, experience, and commitment to help you at this stage in your life.
I may ask you to do home based work between sessions as part of our partnership in therapy. It is up to you to follow through on these tasks to maximise the positive benefits of therapy.
From my experience, Hypno-Analysis, Hypnotherapy or Hypno-psychotherapy are effective treatments for those who are ready to commit to change.
Hypnotherapy recordings are given to you to aid your therapy. Never listen to or play hypnosis tracks or audio whilst driving, operating equipment or undertaking a task that requires your full attention. Always choose an environment that is safe and secure. The audio products have been developed to assist you and give no guarantee; you are the only person that can provide a guarantee for your own success.
I am committed to helping you and offer you the best possible treatment. However, I cannot guarantee you will achieve your desired outcome – you are the only one who can guarantee your success.
